Sell more when you can ship soon.
Stop the account health flags when you can't.

Marketplace SLAyer aligns your real shipping schedule with Amazon's delivery promise β€” automatically. So buyers see a date you can actually hit, and your account stays clean on the days you're closed.

The Problem

Amazon's shipping settings were built for FBA warehouses that never close. If you're MFN β€” with cutoff times, days you don't ship, or a 3PL that runs its own schedule β€” that's intelligence Amazon can't see. And what Amazon can't see, it gets wrong.

Account Health At Risk
πŸ“¦

The Late Shipment Trap

Amazon shows 2-day delivery on Friday. You don't ship Friday. The customer gets frustrated. Your Late Shipment Rate climbs. Your account health takes the hit β€” even though you never missed a ship date.

πŸ“‰

The Broken Delivery Promise

To protect your account from late shipment flags, you pad your handling time with extra days. But now a customer ordering on Monday sees delivery by Friday β€” or later. They buy from an FBA seller with a 2-day promise instead. You're safe from the flag. But you lost the sale.

πŸ•

The Manual Ritual

Every Wednesday night you're in Seller Central adjusting handling time before the long weekend. Every Monday morning you reset it. One missed update can trigger a cascade of flags or hurt sales.

The Product

Set it once. It runs itself.

Your ship schedule, cutoff times, holidays, and blackout windows β€” all in one place. SLAyer pushes the right handling time to Amazon every day, automatically.

What's Coming

The intelligence layer is just getting started.

Marketplace SLAyer is building toward a fully connected operations layer β€” where your warehouse schedule, inventory levels, weather, and ad spend all talk to each other.

🌦️
Weather Triggers
Automatically increase prices, extend handling times, or force overnight-only shipping when heat, storms, or carrier delays put your delivery promise at risk.
πŸ“¦
Inventory Automation
Adjust SLA settings automatically when stock runs low β€” before you're shipping late on orders you can barely fulfill.
🏭
Multiple Warehouses & 3PLs
Different locations, different schedules, different cutoffs. Route the right SLA logic to the right fulfillment source.
πŸ“£
PPC Controls
Pause or throttle ad campaigns automatically on days you can't fulfill. Only spend when your warehouse can win the sale.

For Those Who Left

You didn't fail Amazon.
Amazon's tools failed you.

Thousands of specialty food brands, perishable, and cold chain dependent sellers walked away from Amazon because the delivery promise system couldn't match their real shipping schedule. Most thought it was permanent. It doesn't have to be.

Let's Fix Amazon's SLA β†’
Who It's For

Built for sellers Amazon's tools ignore.

If you've ever gotten a late shipment flag on a day you were closed, this is for you.

Early Feedback

What beta sellers are saying.

"

We'd been getting account health warnings every other week. Set up SLAyer on a Tuesday afternoon. Haven't had a single late shipment flag since. It just runs.

I cancelled my VA's Sunday shift the week after setting this up. She now does actual work. The handling time thing was genuinely eating 3–4 hours a week of my team's time.

Questions

Answers to the things sellers ask first.

Does this touch my listings or products? β–Ύ
Not your listings or product content. Marketplace SLAyer updates your handling time, delivery time, and shipping profile settings β€” the same values you'd adjust manually in Seller Central. We don't touch titles, descriptions, images, or inventory. Future tiers will include optional rules that can adjust pricing in response to specific events (like weather or carrier delays), but those are explicit rules you configure β€” nothing changes without your setup.
What if I need to stop it immediately? β–Ύ
Hit the kill switch in your dashboard. Handling time reverts to your preset default within minutes. Full audit log shows exactly what was changed and when.
Will this conflict with Amazon's Automated Handling Time (AHT)? β–Ύ
AHT can conflict with manual handling time writes β€” it's one of the first things we check during onboarding. We'll walk you through disabling AHT for your account if needed, and explain the tradeoffs. On sandbox this is invisible; in production, it's the #1 thing to address.
How many SKUs can it handle? β–Ύ
All of them. Marketplace SLAyer uses Amazon's Feeds API for bulk updates, so whether you have 20 or 20,000 MFN SKUs, updates happen efficiently without hitting rate limits. You can also leave FBA products untouched, apply rules only to specific categories, or treat different SKU groups differently β€” you're in control of exactly what gets updated.
I left Amazon because of SLA issues. Can I use SLAyer to reactivate? β–Ύ
Yes β€” and this is actually one of the most common use cases we've heard. If your account is still active (even dormant), you can connect it and we'll help you set up the schedule that would have prevented the issues you hit. Happy to hop on a call to walk through your specific situation.
Does it work for Walmart Marketplace too? β–Ύ
Walmart support is included in the Operations Sync tier ($199/mo), coming soon. If Walmart is critical for you, join the waitlist and we'll flag you for early access.

Finally, an Amazon delivery promise that reflects reality.
